Bad Customer Service

My mom and I visited Shoe City Checkers Centre a few months back and one of the guy's working on the floor standing next to the lady at the till whom was helping us, made a huge joke and they all started laughing, unfortunately I don't understand their language. When we asked what it was all about, they refused to answer. They were most definately making jokes about customers. We really don't appreciated jokes about customers and neither me nor anyone of my family or friends will ever buy from Shoe City Checkers Centre ever again. Always treat customers with respect and please keep your lame, stupid jokes to yourself!! The employees of Shoe City Checkers Centre most definately need customer training ASAP!!! Or rather employ people with some decency to start with...
