CONSTANT Call dropping!

We are SO sick and tired of calls dropping within the first 30 seconds, its not even funny!
No jokes - EVERY SINGLE CALL MADE IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS HAS DROPPED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 SECONDS! And not just once... This can happen 5 times within what would have been a 3 minute call.
Meaning you have to call the same person again and again and again, meaning more minutes or airtime lost, meaning more money for MTN... Is this a ploy? One has to wonder.
We have complained to MTN, we have even been referred to their "complaints managers" called Get Closure.. or "" and to no avail. No one has got back to us, and the calls keep dropping. I am SICK and TIRED of wasting time and money, both of which are in short supply.
I know for a fact it is NOT just my handset, as this happens to three people i know of, and i know its not got anything to do with my contract, account, location or signal. I have had this number for more than 12 years, and i've lived in the same house for 5 years! This problem started in October or November last year.

JUST FIX IT!!!
MAKE IT STOP!!!
AS IN YESTERDAY!!!

Me, and everyone at my company will switch providers if this is not fixed.
