Bad service!!!

After having some issues with replacing my wireless modem to a dongle I discovered that the data for the package that I'm paying for has not been loaded on the SIM, I contacted the call center to query this, the agent didn't even know about the package, stating that it doesn't exist and that it's impossible, this was on 13 Sept 2013. After a few phone calls and emails from my side, I was told that is was a problem from Iburst's side and that the SIM card needs to be swapped out. No date was given on when the delivery would take place, they just pitched with no notification, NOTHING. After receiving the new SIM, I tested it and the data package was working correctly, HOWEVER, I only received HALF of my data, paying my FULL MONTH'S SUBSCRIPTION BUT ONLY RECEIVING HALF THE DATA!!! I have been sending emails and making phone calls to the technical consultant, who fails to resolve the problem, the last communication I received it seemed like the blame was shifted to me, the client, and that I will be updated w.r.t. the problem shortly, this was on 19 Sept 2013, with no reply since, phoning doesn't help, I get told that the agent will phone me back... WHEN!? SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
