Shocking Service - Data Promotion

I was called in June 2013 from Vodacom offering me a Data promotion 1GB with a Wifi modem for R99/month. I accepted the offer and order the package. Before receiving the device or activating the contract, I read about the same promotion with a 2GB data bundle instead of a 1GB data bundle for R129/month incl. the Wifi modem. I proceeded to call the call centre and requested that Vodacom change the order to a 2GB/month plus modem for R129/month. The Vodacom call centre agent confirmed on the phone that this would be done. After activating the package I checked my outstanding balance and realised that I was still on the 1GB package. I called the Call Centre again and was told that the previous agent did not bother to capture my request and that they had to resubmit. I confirmed, once again, that I changed my mind before activating the data card and was expecting the 2GB at R129/month. Once again the operator conformed that this would be done. I checked my balance again in Aug/Sep/Oct and found that I was still on 1GB. I was told yesterday that my request was rejected as I agreed to a 1GB package. I was to! Shocking service and Vodacom NEVER CALLS BACK
