Being charged for Data when I am on a BIS package

I have been charged ridiculous amounts of money for data usage when I am on the BIS. I call Vodacom, they investigated and advised this is due to me using the BB Z10. I advised that I have used this phone since March 2013 and I pay the BIS everymonth and have never been charged, why now. I was then informed this is due to a 2gb been activated on my account - he does not know by who?? It was then somehow not actiavted in July/Aug. This is not my problem that someone within your company has messed up. I was told they would investigate further and get back to me. I am still waiting, my debit order goes off 1 Sept and I am NOT paying the data of R2565.36. Nor will I pay the data of R1565.39 excl vat which is so far loaded for Sept. This is unacceptable and I want answers from someone who knows what they are talking about. I want this data removed off my acc and I am happy to pay for a 2GB data for July & Aug as I previously done.
