Cancelled data, promissed a refund, but

With a big struggle, for a few months, I tried to cancel my 60 60GB data package, ( phone no. 081 254 3791) because I had endless issues. Technician even came out to my place, but were never fixed. Network issues.
I said I want a full refund, because I could not use the package for office use (that I purchased it for, and paid the full amount up front.).
After lots of calls, emails, going to them, ect. I received a sms from 8ta on 17 July 2013 at 10:31am, stating that I will receive a refund of R707.74, and I will have the money within 5-7 working days. Still got the sms.
Well didn't get any refund so far. Still struggling with 8ta, and the always tell me they are sending the request to the Billing department. I told them that I don't accept the answer anymore, since I always get the same answer.
At last the got an reply from someone that signs there emails as WL, that said there aren't a call for the issue or a refund. Looks like they aren't going to pay me back!
I even forwarded the sms Nkuli on 23 August 2013, because they don't know about it. She confirmed receipt of the forwarded sms. Still got her rely on my phone.

Looks like 8ta just want the consumer's money!
