I called into the callcentre during August to change my debit date the agent i spoke with said that the debit date would only change from the following month this being September, so naturally you assume what they say to you on the call is actually getting done! the last debit failed because it was set to go off on the last day of the month, i returned a call from one of the agents and got put through to atleast 5 agents before i spoke to someone who sounded SERIOUSLY SLEEPY in mid morning! today i get a call from an agent who kept cutting me off when i tried to explain, i fail to understand how agents that call your for account queries get to speak to you as if your human rights have been taken away because your AUTOPAGE debit order didn't go off, i don't appreciate the courtesy call that i received today i will deposit the amount due.id like to know who will be paying my bank charges seeing as the amount i owe autopage is R184 and my failed debit charges are now R276 it has cost me more to have this contract. IVE HAD ENOUGH AND IF YOUR COMPANY WISHES TO CALL ME PLEASE ASK A MANAGER TO CALL ME NOT AN AGENT WHO HASNT WOKEN UP YET
