Received different package to the one offered

When I took out a new data contract, the consultant offered me a second contract without a device at a highly discounted rate. What I understood from him, I would be paying R9 pm for half an hour's phone calls, some sms's and a little bit of data. Because it was so cheap, and I happened to have an old phone lying, around I accepted. Today I check the balance on the phone to see how many sms's and data were part of the package, and see that I am going to be billed R143 for 5GB of data. Not a bad deal, but not what I agreed to AND totally useless to me, as I don't have a device that the SIM fits in. The old phone is not a smart phone, the SIM doesn't fit in my new tablet which takes a micro SIM. The second SIM is not a Micro SIM. Cell C will cancel the contract, but now I still have to pay for one month' use of a contract that I can't use and ISN'T what I asked for. Please Cell C, bill me for ANY usage on that account, but not for 5BG of useless data that I never asked for. Just that single month costs more than what I would have paid in a whole YEAR, had I received the originally offered (and accepted) package.
