Incorrect Facts for Reversal of Debit: Not Nonpay

Dear Vodacom,

I gladly appreciate the incorrect SMS received stating my Debit Order was returned as unpaid:

This is incorrect, I have reversed the last two payments due to the fact that queries raised on details to support the billing has to date not been provided by yourselves!!!

As a consumer my rights are that I may receive the details behind the billing in a timeous period once requested, to wait for 6 weeks shows that Vodacom has no control over the billing and to ensure that I'm not been done in, I have as mentioned in my correspondence I shall now exercise my right to reverse the charges till resolved.

If you discontinue my services on any of the numbers, Vodacom will be in breach of their obligations further and my contract shall be deemed null and void by the actions of Vodacom.

Please liaise with your Data Services or Dayain for the status, or alternatively you are welcome to contact me to discuss this matter.

I sincerely wish that the the resolution is done amicably and certainly feel insulted that accounts simply chase up monies but do not look at outstanding tickets for resolution on the account.
