CONTRACT CANCELLED AND STILL BILLED

I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT VIA YOUR WEBSITE BEFORE END AUGUST AS YOUR LINES, LIKE TODAY GIVES ME THE MESSAGE, HIGH CALL VOLUME. YOUR TEAM ONLY RESPONDED ON MY EMAIL 4 DAYS LATER ONLY TO SAY I WILL STILL BE BILLED FOR SEPTEMBER AND I CANNOT CANCEL VIA EMAIL. I LOGGED A CALL COMPLAINT ON YOUR WEBSITE AND EVENTUALLY ONE OF YOUR TEAM PHONED ME DAYS LATER. I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT AND CONVERTED TO PREPAID. I DISPUTED THE FACT THAT I HAD TO PAY BECAUSE OF YOUR SLOW SERVICE AND BUSY CALL CENTERS. I LEFT IT AT THAT TO STILL PAY FOR SEPTEMBER. MY DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF AGAIN NOW 1 OCTOBER. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE AFTER I CANCELLED IT TWICE NOW SINCE EN AUGUST. I EMAILED YOUR CENTER AND SINCE THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY URGENTLY. TRIED CALLING TWICE TODAY AND AFTER 5 MINS EVERY TIME I GAVE UP. STILL SAME HIGH CALL VOLUME NUMBER.
