Dear Vodacom,

Amazing that following your procedures to log a ticket to please explain high expenditure on Account, has not yet been published by Vodacom to date. 7 Weeks later and no backup is provide to Data Services used or explained.

Reverse the funds that you pay in good faith upfront and Accounts simply adds R100 fee for returned Debit Order.

ACCOUNTS: WAKE UP!!! view the tickets logged on your network using your website and Contact centers against the statement!!

Do not expect consumers to simply pay for what cannot be explained by yourselves in billing!!

Disgusting service, but never mind someone will contact me in the next 24 - 48 hours??? Cannot wait for the call to take place :

Willing to share ticket logged 12th September 2013, but alas Active Data Services is not so Active at present ... :)

Will await someone that can resolve tickets logged, till then Vodacom is in breach of their contractual obligations to provide details to substantiate all billings done.
