Prepaid number was mysteriously canceled

I basically just created this account to complain about this as it the worse service I have ever gotten in my life.
I use 8ta to connect to the internet, on the 6th October I purchased a data bundle for the month of October. on the 10th to my surprise my sim card failed to resister on the network so I went in to the store to find out if there is an issue and I was told my sim card has been closed and was handed the phone to speak to someone at a call centre.

I demanded to know who had cancelled it and when it was cancelled and some sort of proof either a telephone conversation or signed document showing that it was me that cancelled it, she made me hold for a while and all she came back with is that it was cancelled that morning at this point I was absolutely furious.

I then enquired how this can be resolved, she told me that I will need to perform a sim swap and that I would need to pay for that, I could not believe that I refused to do that, I then bought another prepaid sim card and ask the guy when it will be online he said as soon as he loads it on the system, 3 days later the sim card is still not activated. This Horrible service has inconvenienced me greatly.
