Pathetic client service!!!

I have been a loyal client to autopage cellular for 8 yrs and recently when I was due for an upgrade, I received poor and unfriendly service from the Durban Pavilion branch, I called the head office and was offered my upgrade by Lucretia Khan, whom I had to contact regarding the progress of the delivery, a day before the 4ne was to be delivered I called again and I was advised that the 4ne was out of stock, I decided to cancel my contract. I was emailed by Lucretia confirming that I was given time to use up my free minutes and the number will go onto pay as u go between 14th-16th october. I had over R400 worth of free minutes and my line was disconnected on 10th October with NO notification and all the minutes were forfeit!!! I need answers as I am sure I will be billed at the end of the month even tho I was not even given an opportunity to use up my free minutes. I am upset and upset that I have been treated in this manner. Its clear that u do not value ur clients and don't take compalints seriously. I need to know what's happening with the free minutes that is owed to me??? Autopage maybe invest some money in upskilling ur staff on product knowledge and client service!!!
