I have a contract with Autopage Cellular which initially was a hello peter complaint as well. I lost my phone in the first month of having taken out the contract. I have been paying the contract, but have never had a sim swap done ever since the phone was. I decided to do a sim swap to use up my free minutes as I have paid to date, but have never used it. I went to the Sandton Branch on the 22 June 2013 and did a sim swap and also asked the consultant to put through a request to cancel the line and everything as i want nothing to do with autopage once my contract is completed. I called a week later to confirm what my balance is for free minutes was and the consultant was unable to pick that up, also i Confirmed whether the request to cancel the contract was received and I was told not, I requested that it be done again. I called a third time and spoke to another consultant who informed me my minutes was R295.95 and 14 SMS's, which I feel is too little considering I never used the sim until a few days earlier, i was given a ref nr 2177680, and told that my contract will end 14 Aug 2013. I was also informed that my contract had already finished in June, which I was never aware
