On the 17 October 2013 my free minutes on my 2nd cell phone contract were never allocated. I have made numerous phone calls from my cell phone to autopage regarding the above. I was told that they had made an error and only sms s were allocated and that it would be rectified in the next 24 hours. 24 Hours come and go and once again I don't receive these free minutes. The 2nd contract was taken out for my small daughter to contact me when she comes home from school but now she cant and I have to run up my cell phone to contact her. U are quick to debit my account every month and grab the monies but can fix an error on your side. I have been with u guys a long time but now too long and will deport my number.
fix your and give me my free minutes asap
