Free Minutes Not Free

I have been using 8ta for quite a while. 8ta clients are suppose to receive on free minute for every 3 minutes received (incoming calls)

These free minutes are suppose to be to any network any time.

I made a 0861 call to mc donalds and after 5 minutes I was cut off. I had R20 odd rand airtime which got used up. I had over 100 free 8ta minutes, but these were not used.

I have lodged a complaint with 8ta. I have an email from them with a reference no. but have received no feedback in months.

BOTTOM LINE
8ta'S FREE MINUTES ARE NOT FOR ANY PHONE CALL.

IN FACT: 0860, 0861 AND EVEN 0800 NUMBERS WILL NOT WORK WITH YOUR FREE MINUTES.

THESE FACTS ARE NOT TOLD TO CLIENTS. AND THEREFORE I FEEL IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING.
