DISGUSTING Treatment from AUTOPAGE

Myself & my mother both got a contract from auto page in Blue Route, we both took out the R299 a month contract for the S3, and we both put a limit on the account of R67 past the free minutes we already had, and we both gave our banking details for money to come out. Now the issues began since the beginning. I would get messages from autopage stating i am 95% of the way with my R67 over BUT i still had free minutes, free sms's, free data. then still with that i get cut off. then come the end of the month R1000.00 gets taken out of my bank account. Then you phone to ask them and no one knows what is going on. and all you ever hear is I will get back to you just going to call head office, and nothing happens. then the next months bill comes and its R1496. Which is IMPOSSIBLE as i dont even use the phone enough to make it that high and there is a cut off which at a max should cut you off by at least R400.This has been going on since November and still happening. As i write this there are still issues and STILL no one at Autopage knows whats going on or has a real answer. and the answers they do give us you can see they dont know what to say so say something to make me happy. Well I AINT
