On 23/04/2013 I was asked by my parents to kindly get in contact with Altech Autopage with which they had a contract (0828946878) - The 2 year contract expired on 28/04/2013. My parents informed Autopage on 21/04/2013 that they will be cancelling the contract and will need to go on pre-paid. There were still around 260 FREE minutes available on the contract HOWEVER someone decided they will terminate the service immediately on 22/04/2013. Have phoned Autopage on 22/04/2013 telling them that the service is terminated could they kindly re-instate until the expiry date of 28/04/2013. They said it would take 24 hours and they will hand it over to the "technician". On 23/04/2013 after the 24 hours we phoned again - OH, they will see what happened and log the complaint again. I asked Ntabiseng what happens with the FREE minutes as they (Autopage) is the cause that my parents cannot use the FREE minutes. Ntabiseng said they will re-fund my parents - RATHER on 1/06/2013 a debit went through of R 209. WHAT FOR??? Is there anyone capable to respond and explain what is happening here and how Autopage intend re-reimbursing my parents???
