Telkom Mobile - incompetence on a whole new level

After my initial Hello Peter complaint, I was contacted by Telkom Mobile to resolve the issue (this was after a visit to the branch). 4 months later and I am stilled billed incorrectly. paying more than double what I signed on for, also being billed for service that is not operational.

I would urge anyone considering a "bargain" Telkom contract to think twice. The hassle is not worth any savings - and sadly my experience is not unique.
