Still no feedback to my complaint

I lodged a complaint against ABSA on the 12 November 2013 at 08h52.

The only response I have received thus far was:
A "copy and paste" response from ABSA on the original complaint about ABSA on Hello Peter stating that they would "look" into the matter and furnish us with feedback - TO DATE - NOTHING.

A second threat e-mail stating: Please be advised that I cannot get hold of you, due to the fact that you are not answering calls to xxx & that this account has now not been up to date in 47 days & that you have not replied to my previous e-mail to you, that unless R3792.64 is paid in by 09:00 tomorrow, the matter will be handed to our attorneys for legal action. This will be at your expense & to your detriment.

Please advise then Mr Combrinck, if I am not replying to your e-mails, why then did you respond to the very same e-mail I sent you (with more of your threats) and that YOU never replied to my original one??!!

I would like a response in writing. Mr Combrinck as well as ABSA have my e-mail address.
