MTN is not sorting out billing problem

I have 4 contracts with MTN. We have been having ongoing problems with our internet account. Even though we don't use the broadband to that extent, we are charged amounts over and above the 149 Rand for 2 Gig/month as before since June.
I tried to sort this out last month, but all I received was a spreadsheet with alleged usage. There were technical problems before, so I phoned (3 Oct. call ref. 104712171), but the billing department - as usual didn't do anything.
Now we have even more problems.
Although I paid yesterday - the due date - we have now received an sms saying that we exceeded the credit limit of 2700 Rand. The monthly bill is supposed to be around 600 Rand.
What credit limit? What 2700 Rand? This is outrageous! Outgoing calls have been suspended.
I have been trying to get hold of somebody at 808 since Thursday to find out what amount I have to pay this month - and all I get is music. Will somebody at MTN listen and sort this problem out already. There is no way we spent 2700 Rand. How much do you download for so much money? We never have before and we don't now.
