No Response on Billing Query

I have been a loyal Vodacom subscriber since 1999 and (to their credit) have had very few issues.
I have been trying to QUERY an amount on my bill since the beginning of the year and no-one has been able to help me and because I this I have been brushed off by the contact centre twice. I eventually got a service request logged (S3-SEC3K-K5YI8) and the response to this was that "this is not an error".
My original question was WHAT is this... I never stated it was an error (it could be legit) but to this day no-one has been able to tell me what this amount is for and why it is on my bill.
I am not unhappy with the potential billing error - it might not be an error - but I AM very unhappy with the approach and lack of ability of Vodacom to answer a fairly simple billing inquiry.
