STILL NO FEEDBACK - Cancelling

Well the saga continues :-(
With some bad luck, lightning got my modem :-(
So there was no activity on the line from the 4th till yesterday 10th - O MB - modem was OFF.
Spoke to support yesterday - they inform me - my account is not being throttled - altough the user controll panel says so (Managed) - apparently that is not working - not a big supprize.
Got home - setup new modem - working perfectly.
But guess what - transfer rate 20KB/s
Speedtest says line is fine. So I am still being Managed :-(
At round 11:30 speed goes up to 350KB/s - more like it should be - still slow, but allot better - this morning at 7:00 - back to 20KB/s.

Leigh - who prommised feedback - still not a word - not holding my breath.

So will jump ship to a nother ISP.
Phone the lady that work with cancellations - and she is friendly and efficient - gives me all the info and just too happy to see me go. If only their support and network worked that well :-o

Well, seems that at the end of the month I will move my account.

From my last 2 months experience I would rather reccomend another ISP.

Must add that before this I was quite happy with them, not sure what changed, but it was not for the better :-(
