BAD Service (Late Delivery x 2, Managed Line x1)

THREE strikes against Axxess in the Same month for BAD SERVICE and please do not use excuses that you have gone over to a new back office system or the lines in the Northern Parts of South Africa is over capacity.

I need some explanations from Axxess, as
1) I have logged & updated a ticket a few times, phoned and waited till today (25 Oct) for my invoice dated 1 October,
2) I have ordered & paid for one of your DSL modems on Tuesday, 22 Oct, around 08:41, which hasn't been delivered till today. If I hadn't called and spoken to Tracey today, you would still have no idea that my modem has actually been ordered, but not yet processed. Hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow as promised.
3) My line speeds are quite slow [URL Removed] indicates an average of 8000kbps for a 10000kbps line) and my account dashboard indicates that my (supposed) uncapped line is in a Managed State, which means you are most probably throttling my line at this very moment and the reason behind the 240kbps download speeds experienced.

Definitely not the kind of service I'm paying for!!

Depending on your feedback, I may start looking at another ISP and potentially reverse the transaction for the modem.
