Iburst disconnections in Boksburg

I am so fed up with Iburst technical. My account number is W0213703. I have phoned numerous times only to hear a consultant tell me I must restart my modem/router when my wireless iburst modem disconnects. Points to be taken. 1. MY MODEM IS AT 90% PLUS ON CONNECTION QUALITY... TESTED... I HAVE A ONE BLUE LIGHT AND 2 GREEN LIGHTS ON MY MODEM, AND I HAVE AN EXTERNAL ANTENNA. 2. I HAVE CONNECTED MY MODEM DIRECTLY TO MY PC, AND THE INTERNET STILL GOES ON AND OFF A COUPLE OF TIMES EVERY HOUR. 3. I HAVE TRIED ON 3 DIFFERENT PC'S IN MY OFFICE, AS WELL AS ON MY ANDROID PHONES WHICH IS ALSO CONNECTED TO THE WIRELESS. SAME ON ALL OF THEM. Now, the reason for the CAPS, is just simply because I am upset!!! I have been having disconnections since the first major lightning storm here in Boksburg... that evening, Iburst went offline for about an hour. When it game online again, everything was unstable, up to now. Going for the 3rd week. While I am typing my pc showed 3 disconnections in the last 5 minutes allready!!! I use this line for office and home. I do IT support and CCTV. And to work with intermittand shutdows is a nightmare when you download or support over teamviewer!!!
