No feedback on faulty modem

I purchased a USB modem for data access to cell C in September 2012. From the start, the modem did not work 100% (dropping the connection) and now finally packed up. I handed in the modem last week. I was promised feedback, ans asked about a "swop" while my modem is in for repairs. On Saturday I followed this up, by going there personally and was promised feedback on Monday (yesterday). Apart from the rude way the person talked, I could not get any answer. It is Tuesday afternoon, and I have no idea when the modem will be fixed, or could I have a swop modem for the meantime. I purchased bandwidth from cell C, which has an expiry date, which I can potentially loose.
