I logged a case with the company in December 2012 about a uncapped wireless modem they outsource from iBurst, the modem does not download the way it should as the speed is very slow! 1mbps line. The company informed that i should order a Antaner to boost the speed which i did! The tech came out to do the instillation but found that the boost speed without it is fine and there is a problem with the downloading speed or the modem!
Simone was informed about this problem and said that i should get a ADSL hard line as there seems to be a problem with the unit. I tried using the modem in different areas but the same problem kept happening! this matter was sent to the manager (Goesyn Sharmar) and could not even contact me to sort the problem out but had copied me in and email that was meant for Simone saying why am i only complaining now! and added on other things but been rude as well.
It has been 4 months now that i have not used the modem and informed them to cancel if nothing can be done, as i am paying R599 for something I'm not using.
Up till today i have still not got any feedback but my account was debit this morning be a total loss of R2396 to me. This is really bad service.
