Over a year and still waiting for line to be fixed

We are paying for a 4mb line and we never ever get to reach 4mb which would be fine if i didn't know people in the same erea with 1 mb lines or 2mb lines had faster internet than me. the worst part is than now for over a year i have called them several times a month because my line is just not working or keeps dropping and they never solve the problem and then to top it off when you call in they get grumpy with you for the line not working. telkom needs to solve this. i am sick of calling and calling and nothing ever gets done.
