My line is off from 19 Oct 2012. Telkom say it is a area problem. Funny thing is all the lines for the houses next to mine is working fine. The best part is when it rains my line is working 100% as soon as its stop to rain the line goes dead. No Telkom techie has come out to look for a problem on my line. This indicates that the asume that I hafe the same problem as some other faults in the area this i not how it is supposed to work. Ref numbers 726ctk191012 and 39ctk221212 My first call was closed saying problems has been resolved what a lie!
