2 lines and not one working

Look at our Telkom records and in the past 2 months we have reported our phone probably 7 times. In the past 5 years MANY MANY times. I run my business from home. Got a second line because of Telkom being unable for the past 10 years to fix the noise on our current line. I also use ADSL on the new line. I have a website from where I sell, currently the "new" ADSL line has been off for a week. I am now reliant on the "old" line that is so noisy I cannot use it, so now I have to use cellphone for internet and to make client calls. I am going to cancel both the Telkom lines now, if I can find out how, because they are of no use NO USE! NO USE! NO USE! I am losing a lot of money because of this. PLEASE make me CEO of Telkom. The problem with Telkom is every time someone comes out to fix the line it is another person, it is never the same person. There is no concept of someone is assigned a problem to fix and he/she is held accountable to see that it is carried through, so they just go away and close the problem and we report it again. ONE person should be held accountable and must carry a problem out to the end. Reward incentives for employees who see their appointed tasks through.
