Faulty ADSL Line

For a few months now, my ADSL internet line have been dropping intermittently. I have changed modems and checked with my Data supplier over and over again. The Telkom technicians have been to my home 10 plus times, have changed cables etc. The last one told me today that he's sorry but he's not coming back, he's done his part now and that the fault is not with Telkom. However all my equipment is working fine and the internet is still not working properly. I've read on the forums that there is lots of people who struggle with the same problem and Telkom doesn't seem to care? Is there no-one at Telkom in my area who is clever enough to solve my problem? I've been a loyal customer for 10 years and my only answer is to now cancel my line and look for a wireless provider?
