Paid & cancelled acc. in full & still being billed

My MTN acc was in arrears and in Aril 2013 I paid the account in full and send an e-mail stating that i no longer wish to continue with my contract. Since then I have been receiving MTN statements, they are still billing me every month for my subscription. I have tried to contact them but just get the run around from one person to the next and no-one can help me with my account. Could you please help me.
