Incorrect Billing / Poor Service from Cell C

I'm completely appalled by the level of service I've received from Cell C. My contract was due to expire in August 2013. Due to the dismal customer service I've received from Cell C on a continual basis, I opted to pay in full and cancel my contract in Feb / mar 2013, even though I would no longer receive airtime owed to me every month. I received the cancellation amount from cell C, paid it fully, and I cancelled in writing, which they accepted. Since then, they still continue to bill me; they keep trying to debit account. I get calls from Cell C staff on a regular basis saying that my account is in arrears and one eager agent was convinced that I was still receiving airtime. They have even tried handing me over to a debt collectors for an amount of R460 that I had to eventually prove to them that I paid, with bank statements. Immediately after I sent this proof, they smsed me to say that they will not try to debit this specific amount of R460 again. A day later, their accounts department calls to inform me that 'my account' is in arrears by R201, and they're trying to convince me that I've still been receiving airtime, Sounds to me. Why won't Cell C investigate this?
