DSTV steals my money

After cancelling my subscription well in advance, they suspend my service on 26 September in order for me to not be billed in their next billing cycle. Eventhough I paid them for a full months subscription.

They still deduct money from my account without my concent and know tell me a refund takes 2 weeks.
Your a bunce of for firstly not allowing me a full month of viewing even though I paid for it and now not willing to do the refund for me!!!
