Broken promises

After struggling with getting the spread from our mweb service we where promised a refund due to the fact that we had not been getting the service we had been paying for, for over a year. They managed to solve our problem with spread but now our internet line keeps dropping making it impossible to use the internet during high peak usage time. It is just 1 problem after the next, nothing is ever truly resolved and then they expect us to keep paying. They then promise a refund which never happens either. What next could go wrong, we are just so sick of this and nothing is ever truly resolved, this is now our 3rd complaint!!
