COMPLAINT SENT: Extremely upset with the service at MWEB and I would request that my money be refunded to me for a service that I did not use due to the lack of knowledge or skill MWEB have on they OWN product. The reason I say this is because I took this product under the impression that I connect it and I can use the internet, which was not the case because I had to first install the ADSL line from Telkom and pay money plus buy the router which I did not complain about and done. However still no internet so after numerous calls to Mweb still no solution I than complain and finally get a call from a technician which could not solve the problem and was escalated than the next day I get a call saying you guys can't solve the problem and it is a problem with the router, so since the router is from Mweb is this my fault? I agree as I really wanted to sort this problem out however once again you guys don't fail to disappoint as I was informed the router will be there by Monday today is Wednesday and still no sign or call from Mweb and I know calls are recorded so this can be proved if need be. So I would like a refund or some sort of compensation as I paid for something I did not USE
