Hi my name is Andrew and I have been a vodacom customer for the past four years. My monthly installment has never exceeded R900.. My account was due for an upgrade by the end of October thisyear. So last month I went to a game store and applied for an upgrade. The lady that assisted me informed me that the packages has change and assisted me to select a new package. The Smart S package was selected. She explained to me about the monthly installment the free data and airtime. She said I must go to a vodacom shop for a swim swap this was done. My last installment was just over R700 and now I get a bill of R3082.90... I've done nothing differently and the account is so much higher. How and where did I use this much. Anyway a called your call center on 111 biggest mistake of my life... I need the calls assessed ASAP. The way I was treated was so unfair. Just because I wanted to speak to a manager. I will not pay this and I'll cancel this contract without paying a cent. Nothing was explained to me... I'll be approaching th ombuds man and my attorney at legal wise if this is not sorted out.
