Internet Service Intermittantly Disconnecting

I have been a customer of mweb since i started using the Internet, their Internet service was great. I had no issues with the company or its staff. A few line faults caused service disruption, acceptable as nothing ever works all the time.

That said, it has now been 4 months with my Internet still disconnecting, all hardware replaced, all my money spent no solution to the problem!

No one Seems to be able to solve the problem, they blame telkom, and telkom blames them.

man just get my issue resolved, if the modem gets sync and keeps auth then the line is working, stop blaming some one els I don't care, i would just like a working internet line!

Yes it takes 2 - 10 mins on ave to reboot the router but take those mins and multiply them twice a day and every day of the month... thats how much time i waste performing that task!

The problem is not with the hardware! the modem does not loose sync or auth, the data just stops following!

I pay you guys in full and expect my connection to work.

Looks like to get the issue resolved i would have to change ISPs.
