Bad service concerning renewal of contract

I never had such bad service in my life. Incompetent people that do not know what is going on. In August we upgraded our existing data contract from a 500 meg to a 2 gig contract.(i paid pro rata for the 2 gig already in August for the period 8 October to 1 November). The person at upgrades stated that we would get our 2 gig on the 1 of Sept, on the 1st of Sept NOTHING phoned and they said o no sorry its actually the 1st of October, the 1st of October NOTHING, phoned and they said the 8th of October, phoned on the 7th of October to make sure about the 8th, they confirmed that we would receive data on the 8th. The 8th NOTHING!! Phoned, they said that they made a mistake, I CAN ONLY GET THE DATA ON THE 1st of NOVEMBER, i lost my temper and told them that it is UNACCEPTABLE, i have 6 contracts and a client of Nashua for about 14 years!! They loaded the 2 gig and said that if will be activated by 8 o'clock the night of the 8th. GUESS WHAT NOTHING HAPPENED!! Phoned last night, Albert Jacobs at call centre said OOPS SORRY it was rejected, you cannot activate 2 data contracts on one number!!! According to me my contract stopped on 7 October and my new one started on the 8th!!! ANSWERS!!!
