On 29 August I asked for my uncapped 2mb ADSL line to be upgraded to a 4mb line. The order was put through but I still don't have it. I phoned on Monday to ask about it and a women said that the technical department usually takes 48 hours to do it. She said she would cancel the order and place it again, and I would receive a text that day. I did not. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke to a man named Makabe, who didn't even ask me for my telephone number to resolve the issue. He just said he'll try resolve the issue and put the phone down.

I'm sick of the lack of care for customer service in this country. If you want to keep your customers, keep them happy. Don't ignore them when they're trying to upgrade and pay you more. That is moronic.
