Terrible service, line throttling and cancellations

I was forced to work from bed for the past month due to a major surgery.as I work in IT all my work and my income relied on my Internet connection.mweb decided to suddenly throttle me to such a slow speed I was not even able to browse a website.thus means I was not able to perform my job so after not getting any help regarding getting the account unthrottled, i was for forced to cancel my account.i cancelled on the 9th, but mweb will only cancel my account on the 30th, as there definition of a calendar month seems to differ from the rest of the world... How many more clients is mwebgoing to lose and alienate this year from there change in policies and refusal to help clients? It seems according to google that the numbers are high and growing. I've been a loyal mweb customer for a longtime, glad mweb is so willing to make R199 from me for one more month, but how much are you losing over a long period and from the alienation?
