I'd like to firstly thank you for your reply.

I did see that you tried once to call me on 0742232148. This was obviously during working hours, which i'm sure was obvious to you.

I'd like you to call me out of office hours. I work from 8am to 6pm. The best time to reach me is on a weekend.

Another question is, "How does your e-mail help me and answer my query? "

The only answer I received was for the call recordings, which I have been asking you to listen to for months.

What are your OMBUDSMAN's contact details?

Call me during MY convenient time with a resolution. Call me for anything else and your call will be worthless. I think you have enough information to know what I want.
