ADSL Line causing a super slow connection

I'm actually getting sick and tired of tweeting and complaining to TELKOM about this issue! I work no less than 2meters away from my ADSL line of which I connect wirelessly to it, but when I try to browse or connect to anything internet related it takes way too long to honour my request. WHY? I had a call from an agent from TELKOM at 7am in the morning the other day, 7am! Do they know working hours? Do they know what inconvenience is? Right now I don't believe they do because that same guy asked me to test my line (at 7am) of which I did, but he never called back!

I reported this issue with TELKOM via twitter more than 5 days ago and they still have not even bothered to send any of their technicians to test my issue. I have even asked them to have me contacted by their cancellations department cause I am really sick and tired of this type of service or lack thereof in this case!!! CAN I GET SOME SERVICE PLEASE!
