My father account recently went into arrears. Unfortunately the wrong debit order was cancelled. I he was advised to start paying the account in cash, which he did.

Confirmation herewith that the following amounts were paid in cash.
1) R712 paid in @ Std Bank 10.08.13
2) R820 paid in @ Vodacom 20.09.13
3) R1520 paid in @ Vodacom 02.10.13

It seems as if the amounts paid in cash were not reconciled as according to your records i am stil in arrears. Plus the phone got switch off after the 2nd payment. Kindy investigate.

I would appreciate it if this matter can be dealt with as soon as possible. His been a loyal client and deserve this matter to be dealt with in a professional manner. Failure to get a favourable respondse from you, leave me no option but to take the matter up with your senior management team.
