Vodacom stil debits me after they ask me pay cash

My account has been debited AFTER i was asked to pay cash using the M65 form at Standard bank.
The operator in question "namhla" told me it would take 5 days for the debit to happen so i might as well pay it cash.
i did this but was debited anyway??!?!!!
this is after numerous calls trying to sort it out.
There wasnt enough money in my account at this time so the bank charged me R150 and vodacom charged me R100 banking charges.
I want that money paid back to me as this debit happened erroneously.
I then asked her to put me in contact with a supervisor.
This didnt happen.
I went to the customer care center to lodge a complaint but was told to "post it on facebook"
!?!?!
i am seriously OFF!!!
i was then told that a callback had been logged and its been TWO days since.
WHO is held responsible for this?
i need this matter sorted out ASAP!
