On 20/09/2013, I completed an online application and everything was approved, two weeks later I still did not receive a response, as per your false advertising. I was then informed that my application still needs to be confirmed before delivery. Well, I heard NOTHING else from Vodacom for two weeks, so I phoned them each day to find out what was going on. The answer: Not confirmed as yet. i have never experienced such disgusting service in my entire life, where customers are taken for granted. up untill now i am still waiting for this so called confirmation department to get hold of me.

very disgusting service, not impressed.
