MTN allows to work there

My internet banking was hacked a month ago. They were successful because someone at MTN managed to "Rica Blocked" my phone allowing me no feedback via sms or phone calls from the bank to verify and alert me of any changes in my account. Bottom line is someone at MTN blocked my account and it should be easily traced but MTN claims they don't know why my phone was blocked and it never happens yet I found an article were many people experienced the same thing???
