INCORRECT BILLING AND RUDE INCOMPETENT SERVICE

My mobile phone contract ended in October 2012. There was no contact to ask if I would like to upgrade but worse yet MTN has continued to bill still (January 2013) for my iphone that was paid off last year and well as charging me for the PROMO SERVICE FEE even though the phone is paid off.

I had to call them in December to ask them to correct my bill and amend it going backwards and I filled out the migration form to move to the 700 package.

To date I am still being charged for a paid off phone and billed on a 200 package which is a lot more expensive per minute than the 700 package.

I followed the instructions on my bill that said if I have a query I must email [Email Removed] if I have any queries regarding my statement. Mail was responded to by a very rude and unhelpful guy "Tebogo Mofokeng"
who said that it wasn't the correct email address and that he could not be bothered to assist by forwarding my mail to the correct department. MTN, where do you find such lazy and unhelpful staff. I am very unimpressed that you would have someone like this dealing with the public.

I await your feedback and a correction to my bank statement where you have overcharged me.
