Billing incorrect for for migration and currently

I migrated from MTN Broadband 2 Gig to MTN Broadband Lite on 14 January 2013. The effective date for this migration was 13 February 2013. However, I was billed for the period 14 January to 13 February as if I was already using the new package - billed R 262.28 instead of R 139. I can confirm this because I was still charged for PSD calls after I reached my 2 Gig limit. If I were on the new package my speed would have been throttled after I reached 3 Gig.

Obviously it wrong to bill someone for a service for which they are not receiving the benefits from as specified.

The reference for my call to customer care is 964 350 58 and was handled by Phulani who send a request through to the billing department. I have not received any feedback or correction on my account.

Another problem is that I am billed R 299 (Incl VAT as per latest unbilled invoice on MTN Active) whereas the migration documentation clearly show that I will be billed R 262.28 (INCLUDING VAT) (Ref 95758421 - this document shows correctly that I was billed R 139 (Incl VAT) on the previous package).

Please investigate and advise ASAP.
