I am sick and tired of the call centre staff that does not know what they are talking about and one has to repeat herself requesting them to send a correct statement of account with correct ICD Codes for my medical aid to process the payment. I have been trying to sort out my account with Lancet since January 2013 up to date and no one knows what they are doing or not willing to help at all. I gave birth to my son on the 03/11/2012 and that is the day my nightmares began. I have been handed over to ITC whilst I have begged them with tears in my eyes to send me the correct bill so that I can forward the statement to Bankmed and no has done anything to assist me, on the 22/10/2013 I spent more than an hour on the line trying to resolve this matter and still it was not resolved, if poeple knew what they were doing I bet you that I would'nt be sending this complain for such a small query that could have been resolved in April when I called Lancet myself and did their job for them by providing the correct ICD Codes that Bankmed provided to me and up to date when requesting the bill i still get the bill with incorrect ICD Codes I GIVE UP.
